MINISTER of Sports, Youth and Art Elvis Nkandu has refuted claims by Leader of Opposition Brian Mundubile that he was distributing money in the area where he was campaigning on the Copperbelt. On Wednesday, Mundubile alleged that the by-elections slated for Thursday wouldn’t be free and fair, arguing that the Electoral Commission of Zambia had failed to control violence.
