SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti on Tuesday cautioned Petauke independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda against shouting in the microphone when debating, saying he was damaging people’s ear drums. And Speaker Mutti has also asked Banda to be serious when asking questions, even though there is public outcry that people should be allowed to ask all sorts of questions. “Honorable member, yes you can raise the matter of urgent public importance but please don’t shout in the microphone, just speak softly, we can hear you.
