SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says Local Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo is just performing his functions by removing vendors from the streets and he must be allowed to do so. She said this in response to Mpika PF member of parliament Francis Kapyanga who rose on a matter of urgent public importance, Tuesday.
