GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says President Hakainde Hichilema will soon hold a meeting with all members of parliament to discuss how the Constituency Development Fund is being managed. And Mulusa says President Hichilema’s meeting with UPND and some independent MPs on Monday addressed CDF and matters of development. In an interview, Tuesday, Mulusa said CDF was not doing fine in some constituencies and there was need for all MPs to take interest in its management in order to maximise the benefits. “Very soon, you will see that the President will meet all members of parliament.
