IT’S not normal behaviour that someone can be throwing around US$50,000 and law enforcement agencies are just watching, says Anti-Corruption Commission Board Chairperson Musa Mwenye State Counsel. And Mwenye says there is poor inter-agency coordination because of little or no communication existing between relevant institutions involved in the fight against corruption.
