ZAMBIA Association of Paediatric Surgery (ZAPS) president Dr Bruce Bvulani has hailed Kids OR and Smile Train for refurbishing various children’s operating rooms across the country, saying it creates a non-stressful environment for the kids. And Dr Bvulani says Zambia is honoured to host this year’s Pan African Paediatric Surgical Association Biennal Conference and AGM. Meanwhile, Kids OR Director Rosemary Mugwe says Kids OR has so far refurbished nine paediatric theatres in Zambia at a cost of about $300,000 each.
