INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has questioned what former president Edgar Lungu meant when he said he holds no grudges, arguing that no one has wronged him. Last Wednesday, Lungu said he held no grudge against anyone who may have issued abusive words against him after he left office. Lungu said this after he was prayed for by Apostle Sunday Sinyangwe of Shalom Embassy Ministries in Lusaka’s Kanyama township where he had gone to observe the National Day of Prayer, Fasting and Reconciliation.
