LANDS Minister Elijah Muchima says the public is perpetuating corruption at his ministry by not reporting officers who demand for money in order to offer a service. And Muchima has rubbished claims that the democratic space is shrinking in the country, arguing that Zambia’s current environment could not be compared to what it was under the PF government.
