UPND Deputy Secretary General Gertrude Imenda says Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has shown that she is a tough nut to crack. On Tuesday former leader of opposition Brian Mundubile said democracy was under threat as cadrism was now in the Presiding Officers in parliament.
