HEALTH Minister Sylva Masebo has revealed that ZAMMSA procured defective Erythromycin drugs which were delivered in the last consignment. This was revealed in the National Assembly when Bahati PF MP Leevan Chibombwe raised a matter of urgent importance asking how Masebo was quiet when her ministry had procured defective Erythromycin. “Recently the government procured health centre kits from a company called Missionpharma. A drug called Erythromycin contained in this health centre kit has failed the dissolution test at ZAMRA. This means that this drug when dropped in glass of water cannot dissolve.
