THE Access to Information Coalition says it has identified elements of great concern in the ATI Bill which was recently presented to Parliament. Addressing the media, Thursday, Coalition Chairperson Fr Alex Muyebe said some provisions outlined general limitations by allowing information holders to restrict access to information if they deemed that doing so was in public interest. “The ATI Coalition has identified elements in the Bill that are of great concern.
