GOVERNMENT has advised the clergy to stop using the pulpit to criticise it but to win souls to Christ. And Lusaka Province Minister Sheal Mulyata has urged the church to take advantage of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and other empowerment programmes government is offering.
