THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it is capturing more than 400 motorists for over speeding on a daily basis since speed cameras were reintroduced countrywide. In an interview, Thursday, RTSA acting Head of Public Relations Mukela Mangolwa said the agency would book much more once they also started using the mobile cameras. “Currently, we are still using the Safe City project cameras, the overhead ones you see on the roads.
