KABOMPO District Commissioner Hubert Chinyanga has advised residents in rural areas to construct permanent houses and structures to avoid being victims of extreme weather conditions the country experiences. Chinyanga said people should construct houses with strong bricks or blocks and properly reinforced iron sheets as this prevents them from being affected by the climate change effects such as heavy rains and storms.
