LAWYERS representing seven PF presidential candidates, Simeza, Sangwa and Associates, have proposed to Miles Sampa’s lawyers, J & M Advocates, that only one case relating to the October 24 convention should be pursued while the rest should be paused. Sangwa is representing Mutotwe Kafwaya, Brian Mundubile, Emmanuel Mwamba, Dr Chitalu Chilufya, Chishimba Kambwili, Greyford Monde and Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba in a matter in which the PF presidential candidates sued Sampa for holding what they term as an illegal Extra-Ordinary Conference on 24th October 2023. The matter is before Justice Vincent Siloka.
