CHRISTIAN Churches Monitoring Group (CCMG) Programmes Manager Peter Mwanang’ombe says the just ended ward by-elections in which UPND scooped all eight seats were characterised by intimidation, vote buying and corruption. And Mwanang’ombe has called for transparency in the tender process for printing and delivery of various electoral materials, following the re-issuance of a tender by the Electoral Commission of Zambia.
