PERMANENT Secretary for Special Duties at Cabinet Office Patrick Mucheleka says food items are actually slightly cheaper in Zambia compared to other countries within the region like Tanzania. And Mucheleka says Special Duties Permanent Secretaries are necessary because they provide support to ministries and other government agencies in implementing presidential directives and policies.
