THE Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC) has expressed concern over “the growing moral decay that the country is witnessing”. And NGOCC has singled out media personality Mutale Mwanza, condemning her for advertising her apartments as brothels instead of using her influence to “promote good morals”.
