HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo has observed that there has been confusion and misunderstanding by many players, including government, since NHIMA was launched. Masebo has also expressed concern over the low registration of citizens on the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) scheme countrywide.
