FORMER national guidance and religious affairs minister Godfridah Sumaili says everything has declined over the last three years including moral values. Commenting on the UPND’s three years in power in an interview, Sumaili said living under the UPND had become only about survival. “If you look at all the indicators; look at the exchange rate, look at the cost of fuel, look at the cost of food, look at inflation, look at GDP, everything has gone down, that’s what I mean.
