THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it will take punitive action against Juldan Motors following the accident involving its Marcopolo bus, which left four people dead and 29 injured. The agency says investigations have revealed that Juldan Motors has 11 buses with deactivated GPS trackers, including the one involved in the accident, adding that eyewitnesses also reported that the driver was “flying”.
