UPND Alliance Chairperson Charles Milupi has wondered why the PF is not supporting the proposed amendments to the Constitution since they are claiming that they are no different from Bill 10. Recently, PF member of the central committee Dr Canisius Banda said attempts to amend the Constitution were a desperate act after realising that power had left President Hakainde Hichilema.
