SOCIALIST Party (SP) National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda has insisted that the United Opposition will announce a leader in the next two weeks despite some opposition parties refuting the development. Recently, PF faction acting president Given Lubinda expressed ignorance of the announcement after Socialist Party leader Dr Fred M’membe revealed that the United Opposition would select a leader within two weeks.
