THE Higher Education Authority (HEA) has deregistered Mansfield University from operating as a higher education institution for contravening several provisions of the law. HEA Corporate Communications Officer Birbal Musoba says the institution did not have the minimum required learning programmes at Bachelor’s level accredited by the HEA, and had failed to relocate from the Central Business District to suitable premises.
