A DELEGATION from the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) is in the country to benchmark the Zambia National Service (ZNS) in an effort to learn about self-reliance and preparedness for national emergencies. According to the Ministry of Defence, the delegation wants to learn how the Zambia National Service plays its role in national food security and natural disasters.
