PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he is concerned that many public workers report for duty but fail to deliver results, stressing the need to improve productivity and efficiency across all sectors. Meanwhile, Health Minister Dr Elijah Muchima says the draft health compact, which aligns key priorities for the next five years, proposes recruiting 74,000 health workers to reduce the human resource gap.
