ZAMBIA Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Blake Mulala has urged members of parliament to ensure that Bill 7 is enacted into law, warning that workers will deal with them if they fail to do so. Mulala has also questioned why some stakeholders are opposed to the amendment of the Constitution months before the elections, stating that some previous amendments were done even two months before an election.
