PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba has urged the party to ensure that it holds its general conference not later than January, arguing that party members and citizens are running out of patience. He says the excuse that there are legal matters should never be an impediment, adding that they should plan around those issues and ensure that they hold a general conference. On Wednesday, PF acting president Given Lubinda announced that the party would hold its elective conference shortly after January 12.
