TWELVE PF councillors from Lukashya and Kasama Central constituencies have endorsed President Hakainde Hichilema and UPND Kasama mayoral candidate Bywell Simposya in the upcoming by-elections. These include Chumba ward councillor Thomas Musanshi, Julia Chikamoneka councillor Agnes Mumba, Chilunga ward councillor Charles Mutale, Lusenga ward councillor Cosmas Katongo, Mukanga ward councillor Francis Chewe and Ituna ward councillor Emmanuel Bwalya, among others.
