ACTING Finance and National Planning Minister Chipoka Mulenga has expressed displeasure with several commercial banks for failing to process payments to farmers despite the government releasing the funds. Mulenga says government released the funds on 30th December, 2025, stating that if the banks had acted with the necessary urgency, all farmers would have been paid by now.
