THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has charged and arrested a Congolese national for trafficking in 60 kilogrammes of cannabis. DEC has also charged and arrested 19-year-old Davies Kayembo, a Zambian national, for trafficking in 51 sachets of cannabis. In a statement, Saturday, DEC Deputy Public Relations Officer Theresa Mawere said the Congolese national, Dede Ngoi Mumba, was apprehended in Masaiti for ferrying drugs from his country with the intention to supply them in Zambia.
