THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has disclosed that President Hakainde Hichilema will deliver a keynote address at the Investing in African Mining Indaba 2026. In a statement, Saturday, Acting Foreign Affairs Minister Rodney Sikumba said the Indaba was scheduled to take place from 9th to 12th February 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.
