POLICE are investigating a case of escape from custody by a theft-by-servant suspect at Choma’s Batoka Police Post. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo identified the suspect as 24-year-old Sichikali Chinyama, who escaped through the cell roof on Thursday, February 19. “The Zambia Police Service in Southern Province is investigating a case of escape from lawful custody which occurred at Batoka Police Post on February 19 between 15:30 and 16:30 hours.
