BENEFICIARIES of the skills and entrepreneurship training programme at Solwezi Trades Training Institute have commended government for introducing skills development initiatives under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), describing the programme as a key driver in improving youth livelihoods. The trainees, who are pursuing programmes in fashion and design, agriculture, cosmetology and auto electrical engineering, said the skills they were acquiring will enable them to become self-reliant and contribute to economic growth.
