LUWINGU District Commissioner Chomba Chileshe says he is pleased with the impact of the CDF Skills Development Component in the district. Chileshe has observed that through the programme, many youths in the district have acquired various skills, which have improved their livelihoods. He stated that the district is no longer importing human resources, as many people have now acquired skills that are contributing to the development of the district. Chileshe has since commended the government for continuing to increase CDF allocations, as this will enable more people to acquire life skills.
