AL Ghurair Printing Company says it has capacity to deliver ballot papers by July 28, noting that it recently handled about 156 million ballots for Ethiopia’s elections, far exceeding the number it is printing for Zambia. The printing company is producing about 36 million total ballot papers for the presidential, National Assembly, mayoral and local government elections. As at yesterday, the Dubai-based company had completed printing 6 million presidential ballot papers out of the 9.1 million required, and by Monday it is expected to commence printing of National Assembly ballot papers.
