THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it is unfortunate that candidates do not notify the police about their campaign activities in some instances, stating that such defiance prompts police intervention. And ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says candidates who want access to the airspace can submit applications to the Zambia Air Force to obtain the relevant clearances.
