TONSE Alliance elections chairperson Japhen Mwakalombe says Thabo Kawana should not treat ZNBC as a personal or partisan institution. On Sunday, Information and Media Permanent Secretary Kawana, told opposition political parties to pay for airtime if they want their campaign rallies to be broadcast on ZNBC. Commenting on the remarks in an interview, Tuesday, Mwakalombe said ZNBC was not owned by the UPND. “You know, one day when he is out in opposition, he’ll come to understand what the public media is or if he understands then he is deliberate in the way he is acting.
