TONSE Alliance elections chairperson Japhen Mwakalombe says Thabo Kawana should not treat ZNBC as a personal or partisan institution. On Sunday, Information and Media Permanent Secretary Kawana, told opposition political parties to pay for airtime if they want their campaign rallies to be broadcast on ZNBC.
