CENTRAL Province Permanent Secretary Dr Milner Mwanakampwe says government has not taken a position on the presidential term limit debate, stating that its immediate priority is reducing the cost of living. Meanwhile, Dr Mwanakampwe says no one has been detained because of the elections, stating that those detained are alleged to have broken the law.
