FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says suspects in the alleged abuse of public funds at the Ministry have not been suspended because there is need to recognise their innocence until proven guilty. Honourable Musokotwane contends that in line with the directive of President Hakainde Hichilema, there is no need for subjecting suspects to arrests before investigations are concluded.
