MINISTER of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has welcomed IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva’s announcement that she will be visiting Zambia soon. Dr Musokotwane says the IMF Managing Director is a busy person and can’t waste her time visiting a country which is not doing the right thing. Meanwhile, the Finance Minister is in Davos, Switzerland, to attend the 2023 World Economic Forum (WEF) on behalf of President Hakainde Hichilema.
