PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has pledged to engage more with various stakeholders this year to find out the areas where his government can do better. And President Hichilema says he is hopeful that the opposition will focus more on providing credible checks and balances with the abolishment of the criminal defamation of the President law.
