DEFENCE minister Ambrose Lufuma says contrary to his predecessor Davies Chama’s assertions, Gulfstream arrests haven’t caused those who are currently in the procurement committee to fear discharging their duties. And Lufuma says there is no need for a commission of inquiry into defence contracts because the new dawn government is doing the necessary clean-ups.
