MINISTRY of Mines and Minerals Development Permanent Secretary Hapenga Kabeta has appealed to mine license holders in conflicted situations to approach his office in order to address the issues. In an interview, Dr Kabeta said almost the whole country was licensed but nothing of significant value had been coming from licensed areas. “Almost the whole of Zambia is licensed but we are not getting significant value from these licensed areas.
