PAMBASHE PF MP Ronald Chitotela has appealed to President Hakainde Hichilema to repeal the Emoluments Commission. Meanwhile, Vice President Mutale Nalumango says the Emoluments Commission is worth supporting. Speaking when debating in the National Assembly on the Emoluments Commission budget, Wednesday, Chitolela said the commission was hindering growth of the trade industry. “When the Emoluments Commission was first crafted in the Constitution, the Patriotic Front then drafted the law.
