ACTIONAID Zambia has called on the government to implement reforms aimed at mitigating the immediate effects of high inflation on citizens. The organisation has also proposed the need to align wage increments to at least match the high cost of living. Commenting on the recent increase in fuel pump prices and Zesco tariffs, ActionAid’s Interim Country Director Musonda Kabinga said these increments would further increase the already high cost of living.
