MEMBERS of parliament shared a light moment yesterday when Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe jokingly expressed concern over being admired by another man. This was when Lumezi Independent member of parliament Munir Zulu congratulated Haimbe, noting that he had gained weight since being appointed as Foreign Affairs Minister.
