THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) says some people need to be jailed for the latest scandal in the Ministry of Health. In an interview, Wednesday, RDAZ president Mweushi Mphande said the revelations that directors that were linked to the 61 containers scandal at ZAMMSA had been asked to exculpate themselves was a step in the right direction, but however said it was not enough to deter such crimes. “It’s a step in the right direction, I think that goes in the investigation, it shows that they are trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
