BANK of Zambia Governor Denny Kalyalya says the Central Bank is not seeking a full-scale de-dollarisation, but wants to minimise the use of the dollar as a medium of exchange in the country. Dr Kalyalya has insisted that the function of the dollar as a store of value will remain.
