UNITED Kwacha Alliance (UKA) Chairperson Sakwiba Sikota says opposition political parties should be allowed to hold rallies to encourage citizens to register as voters. On Friday, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) announced that mass voter registration for the 2026 general election would commence on October 13, 2025 and would last for 30 days.
